All items at COLLARCOLLECTIVE are shipped for FREE. No minimum spend necessary. We ship to the UK and Europe and the Rest of The World. Delivery times and availability may vary dependent on location. For delivery queries please contact us.

Our products are handmade and shipped direct from our international suppliers, meaning we can pass more savings on to you whilst not compromising on quality. Because we use suppliers from across the globe, delivery times may vary. 

All of our collars, bows, leads and bandanas are hand made to order by our supply partner.

Orders are usually made, dispatched and delivered within 7-14 working days. Please note that some items may arrive after this time.


Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. We say to allow 14 working days for delivery. Please note that on occasion orders may arrive after this time depending on the postal service.

Q. Where does my order come from?

A. Once made, we ship our orders direct from our partner's international studio, this means we can offer you the best prices whilst not compromising on quality. All of our collars, bowties & bandanas are made to order by our partner and unique in that no two will look exactly the same. 

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Currently we don't offer a tracking service. However you can be rest assured that in most cases your order will be made, dispatched and delivered within 7-14 working days. Please allow us this time before getting in touch with us about delivery queries.

Q. I live outside the UK, can I order?

A. Yes! We do ship Worldwide. Please note that we can't guarantee delivery times on these orders and we may not be able to offer tracking. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes. Please see below. 

Import Taxes & Duties - for international customers

Please note that as most of our orders are shipped directly from our handpicked international suppliers, on occasion your order may incur additional import taxes. Please be aware that any costs relating to these additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

If you decide you no longer wish to receive your order, do not pay any applicable fees relating to import taxes and the order is returned to us because of this, a refund may not be given.

Please note that once orders are placed we may not be able to cancel them if you change your mind as each of our collars are made to order.

We are happy to refund any item within 28 days of delivery, provided that the item is returned in a saleable condition, is still in its original packaging, unworn/unused, with tags attached where applicable.

Please note we are unable to refund any personalised items, for example engraved dog tags.

Once you've received your item, if you change your mind and decide to return an item to us, you will be responsible for any postage costs incurred. 

We will process your refund using the original payment method, within 7 days of receiving your items.
